The past 2 months my weight has been static at about 59-60kgs.
I always train hard, whether that be 4 times a week or 10 times a week (if I do double sessions on one day then 1 of them will normally always be cardio and the other strength based.) I pretty much eat what I want, years of dieting into competitions takes its toll emotionally and psychologically so I guess I am naturally now in a habit of eating every few hours and choosing protein based foods first then matching carbs/fats to go with that.
But it’s shocking if I let a day that go by when I don’t eat some chocolate or a protein bar.
My favourite snack is caramel rice cakes with coconut oil or peanut butter or both lol.
I have such a sweet tooth
I’ve recently stopped intermittent fasting, so I now have breakfast every day.
I don’t exclude any food groups, I have meat, gluten, dairy, wheat etc.
Over the years I have tried so many different ways and styles of dieting.
I’m in the best head space I’ve been in for years, and my best diet recommendation is in the words of my Nan! “a little bit of what you fancy does you good”
…..but make sure you train like a motherfucker too!
